Returns Policy  

If you are reading this because you are supporting Sex in Space by buying our lovely merch – thank you!   

Here’s how it works 

Returns 

We create all our merch through a third-party site – and the headline about them is that they do not accept returns without good reason, so please choose carefully before placing any order.  

Having said that – if any item is faulty or doesn’t match the description given on the website, contact us. We will work with the supplier to arrange to get you a replacement free of charge, or a refund of the purchase price.  

If you are not happy with the quality: 

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products, get in touch within 30 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. 

If your order is faulty: 

  1. Email hello@sexinspace.com within 21 days of receiving your order, 

  1. Please include your order number, 

  1. Outline what the issue is with the product(s) that you have received, 

  1. Tell us if you would like a replacement, or a full refund, 

  1. We will cover the shipping fees required to send you a replacement.  

Delivery  

If you do not receive your order: 

Wrong Address: 

Make sure your address details were 100% correct! If you did enter an address that a courier identifies as inadequate, the order will be returned to the third party. If you then want to make a replacement order, you will be required to cover all costs associated with this order.  

If your address was correct and you have not received an order let us know and we will follow up with the supplier. If the problem was with delivery, they will replace the order.   

Rejected by the Recipient: 

If your shipment was rejected during the delivery (say a flatmate said no!) the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. If you then want to submit a new order, you (or that pesky flatmate) will be liable for the costs of the new order. 

Unclaimed: 

If you are not able to receive your order at the address you gave, the shipments might still be available for pick up at your local post office or carrier pick up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may then be returned to the sender. For these cases, please place a new order and get in touch with us so that we can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order (you will still have to pay for the shipping costs).
